Pickup & local delivery
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Oxnard.
Once your piece is ready, I'll message you the address and we'll set up a pickup time.
Do you deliver?
Yes, I deliver locally in Ventura County.
Delivery area: Anywhere in Ventura County, plus the surrounding counties
Delivery fee: $10 within Ventura County, $40 to the surrounding counties
Shipping
Do you ship?
Not usually. Wreaths and florals are delicate, so most orders are local pickup or delivery. If you're out of the area, ask me about shipping and I'll let you know what's possible for your piece.

How does a custom order work?
Tell me your idea
The occasion, colors, size, and any photos of things you love.
I send you a quote
I price out the supplies and send you a quote. Nothing is due just to ask.
Approve your quote
If it looks good, approve it and I order what I need.
I make it by hand
Usually about 2–3 weeks, depending on supplies.
Approve and pay
I send you a photo of the finished piece, then an invoice.
Pickup or delivery
Pick it up from me, or I can deliver locally.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Tell me your idea and I'll send you a quote based on the supplies it needs. You don't pay anything until your finished piece is approved.
How long does a custom piece take?
Usually about 2–3 weeks after you approve your quote, depending on supplies. If you need it for a certain date, let me know when you ask. The earlier the better, especially before the holidays.
Can you make something like a piece I saw that already sold?
Yes! Every piece is handmade, so it won't be identical, but I'm happy to make something similar. Just send me a request and mention the piece you liked.
Payment
How can I pay?
Card (through Square), Venmo, Zelle or cash on pickup/delivery.
When do I pay for a custom order?
After you approve your quote I begin to make your piece. Once completed, I will share a picture with you for approval. Once the piece is to your liking you will be sent an invoice and schedule a pickup time.
Policies
Can I return or exchange a piece?
All sales are final. Every piece is handmade and one of a kind, so I don't accept returns or exchanges. If you have a question about a piece before you buy, like its size or colors, just ask me and I'm happy to send more photos.
What about custom orders?
You see a photo of your finished piece and approve it before you pay, so you'll know exactly what you're getting. Once it's paid for, the sale is final.
